Back in April, we had a FROZEN themed birthday party. The gift bags were hand-made items, purchased from Whitney Boutique on Etsy. Each girl left with a princess gift bag designed by Whitney Boutique to match her favorite princess filled with goodies. The boys received Kristoff-themed bags of the same size with messenger-bag length straps.
Unfortunately, one of our guests couldn't make it and so we ended up with an extra Kristoff bag. I haven't been quite sure what to do with it, and so it's been hanging around the house, being shuffled from place to place, thwarting my summer efforts to declutter.
Did you know that more than half of all the visits to this blog are for just one post: the Upcycled DIY Kristoff costume that I made for Viola's good friend (and only boy) attending our Frozen party, so that he wouldn't feel left out of the dressing up? This huge amount of traffic really got me thinking; there must be a lot of parents out there with sons (or daughters) who are Kristoff fans and with little/no merchandise for that character and who are scrambling to create their own Halloween costumes. So, now that the Elsa costume giveaway is wrapping up, I decided that the Kristoff bag is the perfect next giveaway item!
